Terms of booking:
- All purchases for service made on this website are final and non-refundable.
- If you miss or cancel your appointment and want to reschedule it, you’ll need to pay again to reschedule. Please understand it costs me time and money when people break appointments, and I truly cannot afford to waive the fee for no-shows and cancellations.
- If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, you may transfer it to another person, but only with my written approval in advance. To do so, please send me an email with as much lead time as possible. Minimum 4-hour notice is recommended. Thanks.
- For Reiki appointments only: if you miss the appointment, I will still do the Reiki (just without our initial discussion) and send you the report. For my other services, this obviously isn’t going to work.
